Dremica is excited to announce the official launch of Carnage 2.0, the next phase of one of the most adrenaline-packed game modes in Web3. Carnage offers a fresh experience in the Web3 gaming space, perfect for players who enjoy high-intensity action in short bursts.
Players can access Carnage 2.0 weekly 2-hour sessions every Sunday at 2 PM UTC.
For those who want to quickly skip to the section on how to get started and play Dremica, you can skip to section II.
Originally launched in 2021, Carnage quickly became one of the most popular game modes with thousands of concurrent players who love its unique yet simple gameplay. The goal of Carnage is to maximise the number of resources gathered within the game, such as logs, ores and fish. Using these resources, players can craft new digital assets for use within the game.
Carnage isn’t like other Web3 games. With just 2 hours per week, every session is intense and high-stakes, bringing players from around the world together to test strategies and gather as many resources as possible. Every moment is packed with adrenaline you won’t find anywhere else.
Players can gather all kinds of resources by chopping trees, mining ores or hunting monsters. These resources can then be used to craft powerful digital items to strengthen your gameplay. Whether you prefer peaceful exploration or aim to become the most hunted player in PvP, Carnage has something for you.
Can you handle the pressure of risking it all for a single fight? Will the strategy you’ve planned all week pay off or end up wasted? Will you finally beat your rivals you’ve been chasing for weeks?
No matter the outcome, you’ll leave with a lasting feeling of wanting more-
Each week, in Carnage players start with what they saved from last week. This allows players to build up their character over time with the best items. Whether you’ve battled in Carnage dozens of times or are just starting, there is always something to do.
Dremica was built with PvP in mind. The rarest resources are usually found in the most dangerous areas, while safe zones act as a buffer where you can prepare for battle. Only a few safe zones exist where you can bank your resources, ensuring they stay yours after the Carnage ends and that you don’t lose them if you end up in a fight.
Note: If you attack another player first and get killed, all items in your inventory will be lost. If you attack an NPC and die, only the items currently in your inventory will be dropped.
Dremica was officially revealed in December 2023, and since April 2024, we’ve run dozens of play sessions that helped shape Dremica to what it is today. Thanks to player feedback and in-game data, Carnage 2.0 is even more thrilling. Our player base has grown from just 50 concurrent players to over 300, which has been an honour for the whole team and helped us build a balanced reward and spending system, along with many new game features.
In-game shop: Players can enjoy new buffs and upgrades that will be purchasable.
Weapons: While every weapon type keeps its standard abilities, crafted weapons can roll unique random traits, making each craft exciting and different.
New objective: While in the past you were focusing on levelling up different skills, now the goal is to focus on resource management and PvP, allowing a more dynamic and adrenaline-filled experience.
Carnage is not just about fighting or pressing the same button for two hours. You decide how to play Dremica as there’s something for everyone.

Carnage is all about resources, crafting and survival. Carnage has tons of different activities that you can do from woodcutting to mining minerals to hunting monsters. Below is a list of the basics you can do within Dremica.

How players choose their path after this is entirely up to them. Keep in mind that the skills, resources and crafting might change in due time so this guide does not include all the small details.
All players start at the spawn with their default gear. You’ll find a fishing rod, pickaxe, and axe in your inventory - equip them by going to your inventory and clicking each of them. You can open your inventory by pressing I.

Press M to open your map and head to the lake. Begin fishing until you’ve caught around 10 fish. Once you’ve got enough, find the cooking station in the middle of town to cook them. Cooked fish restores your health during battles.

As you explore Dremica, you’ll come across many different resources. Most often you will find Stone and Evervane Elm within the Safe Zone. With your pickaxe equipped, start by mining Stone or Iron. After collecting 10 Stone ores, switch to gathering wood by chopping Evervane Elm trees until you have 10 logs. Next, hunt a few Rabbits or Cows to gather 10 “Organic Matter” items. Head to a crafting station. You can then use the resources to craft armor and other useful equipment. You can choose whether you want to focus on magic, melee or ranged.

Head to the grey areas on the map to battle enemies. Keep in mind that these areas have PvP enabled. This zone is where all the most valuable resources are found. Defeating monsters can reward you with valuable loot. When you’ve gathered enough resources or rare drops, visit the bank in the safe zone (green on the map) to store them - this prevents other players from stealing your hard-earned items.

From here, you can decide how to spend your time: continue fighting monsters or even other players, chop wood or gather other resources. You should now have the basic understanding of Dremica’s mechanics and be able to experiment with new strategies in future Carnage events. Good job!
Dremica’s combat includes melee, ranged and magic. Every dropped and crafted item has randomized stats and traits, so even identical weapons vary in power depending on your luck.
Within the safe zone, there is also a bank where you can deposit your resources. After each Carnage ends, the resources that you have in your inventory and bank, will be deposited into your Moonsama account and can decide what to do with it from the portal website.
Once you have visited a certain area, you can use lodestones to teleport around the map.
Welcome to Carnage
Every week a new story unfolds. New strategies. New rivalries. New winners.
So whether you’re reading this on launch day or months down the line, you are early.

What PC specs are required to play the game?
Dremica can run with GPUs as low as RTX 3050. You can compare your current GPU to RTX 3050 here but it’s advisable to take this with a grain of salt. To be safe, get something like RTX 4060. Lowering your resolution to 720p can also improve performance heavily.
MAC USERS — reach out to Robster and JDubs in Moonsama Unofficial for a guide. Keep in mind that the performance will be degraded due to Dremica not supporting Mac natively.
How do I get to play Dremica?
Buy an Exosama NFT and bridge it on the Portal. If you don’t want to buy one yet, you can try and get one for a loan. Submit a ticket on Dremica’s Discord.
What’s the difference between Moonsama and Dremica?
Moonsama and Dremica are essentially the same thing with SAMA being the main token for both.
How do I find more information about Dremica?
If you’ve already been through the socials, the best way to find information is to join the Telegram and Discord.
If I buy buffs, do they remain on the next Carnage?
No, all your progress including buffs and stats are wiped out.
Why is the game crashing or running inconsistently?
When we experience an unexpected spike in player activity, which can cause higher-than-normal load on our servers, it can cause stability issues for some players. Our team is actively working on improvements to increase performance, optimize server capacity and ensure a smoother gameplay experience. If you still experience problems, please try restarting the game or device and ensure your game client and graphic card drivers are fully updated. Thank you for your patience during Dremica’s early-stage development.
